BUYERS AGREEMENT (Obligations of Buyer Regarding Payment) 
1. Submitting a Bid Price. 
Each submission by a Buyer of a "Bid Price" to purchase a designated item creates a binding and 
irrevocable obligation on the part of the Buyer, if any Bid Price has been accepted, to pay fully 
and promptly the Total Sales Price and all other sums due, and perform any other conditions with 
respect to completion of the applicable sale. Once placed, a Bid Price may not be cancelled. 
Buymyart.net is not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection with the transmission 
of a Bid Price to Buymyart.net. Buymyart.net reserves the right to reject any Bid Price at any 
time or to require further information from you in order to be able to evaluate and /or process the 
order. In the event of the submission of Identical Bid Prices, the first Bid Price received by 
Buymyart.net will take precedence. In the event of any dispute between Bid Prices, or in the 
event of doubt as to the validity of any Bid Price, Buymyart.net will have final discretion in 
resolving the matter, including any dispute that arises after the sale. All amounts are in U.S. 
dollars unless otherwise stated. 
2. Buyer with Legal Authority 
Submitting a Bid Price is limited to parties who are at least 18 years old and can lawfully enter 
into and form contracts. 
3. Information Required 
In order for your Bid Price to be considered, you must provide, or have provided, certain valid 
information such as your real name, phone number, e-mail address, and other information 
including but not limited to, information needed to process a charge or charges on your credit 
card in the amount of the Total Sale Price. By submitting an Bid Price, you specifically authorize 
Buymyart.net to transmit the requested information above (including any updated information) 
or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited 
to your credit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside 
in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, 
to obtain an initial credit-card authorization and to authorize purchase transactions. Each buyer 
specifically authorizes Buymyart.net to charge on the Buyer's credit card up to the amount 
required to finalize any transaction in accordance with this Agreement. Buyer specifically 
acknowledges that if Buymyart.net is unable for any reason to collect funds sufficient to 
completely cover the costs of any transaction to which the Buyer is a party, Buymyart.net 
reserves the right to turn such matters over to collection agents. You also specifically authorize 
Buymyart.net to share such information with other dealers or galleries and their affiliates. 
4. Forms of Payment 
For payment from Buyer, Buymyart.net accepts the following major credit cards:Visa, 
Mastercard. All payments must first be received, processed and cleared prior to shipment of 
merchandise. 
5. Tax 
The Total Sales Price includes any sales tax or use tax. With the exception of sales tax applied to 
Pieces for delivery in Texas, Buymyart.net is not obligated to determine whether taxes apply and 
is not responsible to collect, or remit, or report any sales or use taxes arising from any 
transaction. Note that even if sales tax does not apply, the Buyer may be subject to pay a 
compensating use tax or other tax in his or her domicile. It is the Buyer's responsibility to 
determine whether sales, use, or other taxes apply to the transactions and to report and remit the 
correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. If you are not sure, please take a moment to call your 
Certified Public Accountant. 
6. Fraud 
All forms of payment must be validly submitted and all information provided accurate to 
Buyer's best knowledge. For example, the credit card used must be valid, issued in the Buyer's 
name from an account in good standing with a reputable financial institution and have sufficient 
available credit to process the amount charged on the card. Buyer may not submit any 
information under a false name, under false pretenses or use an invalid or unauthorized form of 
payment. Buyer may not submit a Bid Price under a false name or impersonate any participant. 
Such fraudulent conduct is a violation of federal and state laws. Fraudulent conduct may be 
reported to law enforcement authorities, and Buymyart.net will cooperate to ensure that violators 
are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 
7. Charges and Disputes 
After credit-card charge is approved, Buymyart.net will ship the Designated Item to Buyer. The 
Buyer is bound by any credit-card charge he or she remits to pay for a transaction. With the 
exception for returns as set forth below in section B or C, in the event of any dispute, the Buyer 
will attempt to resolve any dispute directly with Buymyart.net. 
8. Shipping Fees, Duties, and Insurance 
Once Buymyart.net has received full payment for the Total Transaction Fee for the Designated 
Item from Buyer, Buymyart.net will undertake initiatives to ship the Designated Item to Buyer. 
Buyer is obligated to pay for shipping and insurance (for loss of physical damage with a value no 
less than the Total Sales Price) for the Designated Item. Buymyart.net is responsible for selecting 
the shipper, ensuring it is packed properly. Buymyart.net generally uses FedEx for shipments 
valued under $500.00 and Transglobal Insurance for shipments valued over $501.00. Shipping 
cost and insurance price for each Designated Item will be determined BEFORE the Buyer agrees 
to shipment and will be included in the Total Transaction Fee. 
 
 
 

9. Damaged Package/Piece Upon Arrival. 
If upon arrival the package appears damaged, the Buyer should NOT OPEN IT. Buyer should 
contact Buymyart.net at 210-771-7726. If upon opening the package, the Designated Item 
appears to have suffered damage in transit, the Buyer should immediately contact Buymyart.net 
at 210-771-7726 to report damage. Unless reported immediately, damaged items will not be 
accepted for return. 
B. Returns within Seven Days of Receipt 
1.Refund Procedures for Returns within Seven Days of Receipt 
Within seven days of receipt of Piece by Buyer, Buymyart.net will provide a refund of the Total 
Sales Price, minus initial shipping costs and insurance costs, to any Buyer for any reason 
assuming no damage to the Designated Item from the time of delivery provided that Buyer 
complies with the following: 
a) Buyer has notified Buymyart.net by either email or phone within seven days of receipt 
of the Designated Item of Buyer's intention to return the Designated Item and initiate the return 
process. Buyer must, prior to returning the Designated Item, obtain from Buymyart.net a Return 
Tracking Number (RTN). Any returns received without the RTN will not be accepted because 
accurate credit cannot be assured without the RTN. Buyers need to include the RTN on the return 
shipping label and on the original invoice so that it can be read legibly. 
b) Buyer must return all Designated Items to Buymyart.net in the same condition as they 
were received. Buyer must also ensure that the Designated Item is packed properly to protect 
against damage. It is helpful to retain original packing materials for this purpose. Buyer should 
not necessarily rely exclusively on these original packing materials, particularly if these materials 
have been affected by the shipping process or Buyer's unpacking. 
c) Buyer must use the same carrier that was used when the item was shipped to the Buyer. 
All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured and the Buyer is responsible for these and all 
other costs associated with the return of the piece. 
d) Buymyart.net will issue a refund to Buyer's credit card account within seven days of 
receipt of the Designated Item and receipt of the materials Buyer is obligated to send to 
Buymyart.net Pursuant to section B (1)(a) above. 
2. Refund is Buyer's Sole Remedy 
Buyer acknowledges that its sole remedy consists of a rescission of the sale and a refund of the 
Total Sale Price and that such a remedy is exclusive and in lieu of any other remedy which 
might otherwise be available to the Buyer as a matter of law, or in equity. The Buyer shall not be 
entitled to any incidental or consequential damages incurred or claimed. 
3. No Refunds After Seven Days 
Buyer may not request a refund, for any reason, after seven days of receipt of the Designated 
Item. 
C. Remedies for Buyer's Failure 
If Buyer fails to comply with any applicable conditions of this Agreement, Buymyart.net may, in 
addition to other remedies available by law or in equity, including but not limited to, the right to 
hold the Buyer liable for the Total Sales Price, at its option, cancel the sale and re-offer the 
Designated Item. In addition, Buymyart.net may hold the Buyer liable for any and all costs of 
collection or re-offer, handling charges, late charges of 18% per annum (or highest rate allowed 
under applicable law), commissions and any legal fees and expenses. 
D. Definitions 
1. Bid Price: The base price you bid for a designated item. 
2. Designated Item: As show on web site including number and name. 
3. Total Sales Price: Base Purchase price of a Designated item plus taxes if applicable. 
4. Shipping & Insurance: The cost of shipping the item "Standard Overnight" with Federal 
Express with appropriate Insurance. Federal Express will insure $500.00 and below. Transglobal will 
insure $500.00 and above. 
5. Total Transaction Fee: Total of all charges to the Buyer to effect delivery of Designated Item.
